Big yes from me, he can certainly do a job for six months - we need an expierenced centre half who can also provide leadership, teams have been making chances against us for fun all season. Hes an exceptional player and leader who IMO is not past it. Not to mention he has already played with Distin for many years. If Jags isnt back in Jan we will have Distin as our only recognised centre half.

Only stumbleing block i would imagine would be wages.

Campbell is a bad bad idea. Careful you don't let his past influence your decision. When did he last play in the premier league???(n)

Last season with Portsmouth wasn't it?

Can you remember why he left Portsmouth? I thought it was coz he was retiring or sumthing, and the lure of Notts County money made him decide to carry on.

Then he freaked out again and did a runner just like he dad at Arsenal when he went 'missing'.

Either way, I don't think we should even make noises.

No, he's more mentally unstable than me, would demand a huge wage, probably wouldn't be the least bit arsed about earning it & would need a long time to get match fit. In his day he was excellent, but so was Pele, doesn't mean we should sign him because his day is long, long gone
