Bruce Wayne

Player Valuation: £100m
Checking through the vB website the 3.7 version has a social networking system in place that puts links to the likes of Digg, Stumbleupon etc. at the bottom of each thread, therefore making it easy for people to share the site/threads with others.

I can't quite see how to get it live on my own version despite activating it in my admincp. Any chance that they could be added on here (and then tell me how you did it :lol:)

Yes, it will be interesting to see how it goes. They tend to fare a bit better for general topics, so football for instance would do well, whether Everton will I don't know. But if we have any users of any of the sites then they can deliver some really heavy traffic.

come on. the one that I use isn't up? But del.icio.us and stumbleupon are up! Stumbleupon is [Poor language removed]. I tried it out and not impressed.

I am now going to start a stumbleupon out facebook in campaign!!! :P

Code:
<script>function fbs_click() {u=location.href;t=document.title;window.open('http://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u='+encodeURIComponent(u)+'&t='+encodeURIComponent(t),'sharer','toolbar=0,status=0,width=626,height=436');return false;}</script><style> html .fb_share_link { padding:2px 0 0 20px; height:16px; background:url(http://static.ak.facebook.com/images/share/facebook_share_icon.gif?55:26981) no-repeat top left; }</style><a href="http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=<url>" onclick="return fbs_click()" target="_blank" class="fb_share_link">Share on Facebook</a>

Is the Facebook code.

As for stumbleupon, I agree, I've never used it myself, but we regularly get 200+ visitors a day from it so it can't be that bad.
