hmmmm.. Sounds to me like you should move somewhere where people are'nt so uptight and enjoy haveing a good time..

Well, we have a three day festival around February/March, that's called carnaval. Three days officially that is, as it notmally lasts for the whole week.

Uptight as I am though, I absolutely hate it and normally spend those days in England.
