Everyone snores from time to time.

Everyone.

You can probably hear me from where you are when I get going.

If you suffer from Snoring Get ya bird to lean over you and gently swing her breasts side to side in a pendulum motion so that her nipples just rub the tip of ya nose, Always works that.

Does anyone here snore? Bet there are a few. Anyone know of ways of stopping the snoring?

I would like to find a way of stopping it because the missus keeps me up at night with her snoring. Sounds like an ogre trying to direct someone across a foggy river ffs.

incredibly, no one seems to know about these cheap simple solutions to snoring and sleep apnea. I can vouch for them myself and also the lids I've recommended them too also report back positively.

it's a shame half the forum has me on ignore, maybe someone not from the clique can re-post :bye:

Thanks, I'll give that a try

My partner snores like a wildebeest with a drink problem. I suggest giving the said snorer lots of caffeine before bed time. You get a great silent night then.

I have sleep apnea mate and its been a [Poor language removed] nightmare to deal with I can tell you! Just got my letter through the door yesterday as I'm having an operation to try and help me as I'm on a c pap machine but I'm not stereo typical person who usually suffers with sleep apnea I.e over weight, fat neck, older in age. Glad to be getting it sorted though as its been a hard 18 months of broken sleep and feeling like crap most days.

Ok. A rare serious answer here...

I have Sleep Apnoea (I even know how to spell it) and a few years back I had the Uvula lasered off the back of my throat. Combined with rhinoplasty & a general fix for my sinuses, it worked a treat.

Unfortunately, the heavy breathing was not fixed and eventually, the snore came back in a small way. What I have since done is get a mouthguard made that pushes my lower jaw out & clears the airway. Apart from the hassle of wearing them, it has stopped the snoring completely & makes me wish I opted for this in the first place.
