Snoop is getting loads of grief online for this. In my opinion he is absolutely bloody right and it’s time we all woke up and sorted this crazy imbalance out that is killing people and preventing proper treatment of illnesses.

I don’t know what everyone’s opinion on here is but I love being nostalgic about Gaza but the poor bloke had his life ruined by our attitude to drugs like alcohol.

Think it’s a bit harsh on Gascoigne tbh.

I’m not saying weed is worse for you than alcohol, not by a long stretch, but it isn’t this harmless herb that a lot of people seem to be making it out to be. In moderation it’s fine and more or less harmless. But just like a lot of things if taken excessively it can have some really bad effects.

Well maybe they would but i feel sorry for him

i feel very sorry for him too. Really though I mean this to be about the underlying debate. My mother in law has been destroyed by alcohol addiction and it wasn’t the booze that caused it. Societies attitudes haven’t helped though and surely in 2019 we can be intelligent enough to ask the question why do we think it’s so acceptable when the other isn’t.

Personally, I drink but I also really feel the damage it does.

That’s really made me giggle, if I’d had a drink it might have annoyed me.

But that's not what they're doing, by and large. What they are doing is trying to expose the hypocrisy of alcohol being legal and weed being treated like Heroin in places like the US. People's lived are ruined for having small amounts of pot in their systems or in their pockets for something that is no worse than alcohol.

That's the point
