If I was a Spurs fan I wouldn't want him. Unless his transfer fee was daft cheap and his wages below £100k. I don't think he'll ever hit the form that made him considered to be one of the worlds best. Moutinho would be a much better option in my opinion, but I really, really hope they don't get him.
He was class for Holland 2 years ago, he's not that old and he's not dependant on pace so I cant see why he couldn't return to that sort of form.
