I got one made a few stews in it with dumplings tastes really nice got bored with the preparations and the nuclear fallout gut gas it inflicts on me ..it now sits next to the coffee machine another waste of space

haha yeah I have two coffee machines and a milk frother just sitting there dormant too

im not into fads at all honest

Anyone got one? anyone use it regularly?

Just bought one finally, with the little fella we only have between 6-7 to eat in my house before he goes nuclear for his bath/bed routine (7pm on time every night he starts whinging for it) now although this is a boss habit/routine we have put in place considering hes only 5 months old, it really limits what we can eat during that window (usually ends up being convenience crap)

so....bought a slow cooker, thought I can throw it on before work and have a nice healthy meal to come home to

anyone got any hints or tips? because I have heard ranging opinions from "its a life changer" to "everything comes out like mush and tastes the same"

or anything people do in it that must be tried?
As there is only the 2 of you get the smallest one you can...3L.
We use it for scouse and curry, you can use cheaper, but very tasty, when cooked slow, cuts of meat.
Seasoning, seasoning and seasoning, is the order of the day to avoid bland food.
And there are a google full of recipes

I can be a bit impatient when I come home late of an evening and my girlfriend takes an age to make a meal. But generally speaking, I don't mind mind she's not the fastest cook around.

These are amazing...can use as a slow cooker if you want.

Everything you do in it tastes mint, 15mins a rack of ribs, finish them of under the grill with some BBQ sauce, best ribs you've ever had.
