Yep, I thought he would come in and shake up the pampered players, make them fight for "the shirt", instead he bends over and lubes himself up for a player that has been finished at International level since 2008.

I've always thought Big Sam was an absolute nob to be honest, so much so that when he was appointed, I made a decision to no longer support the nation of my birth when playing football at International level. I consciously didn't watch the game on Sunday, which confused the hell out of my football hating wife who had already resigned herself to three hours on facebook. And was genuinely gutted when I read later that that fraud Lallana scored the winner in injury time. I don't even feel ashamed that I actually want England under Allardyce to fail.

What I will say is that my lack of interest has made this International break much more boring than usual.

I think i love Fat Sam, there's something gloriously unreconstructed about him.

The footballing Gene Hunt who couldn't give a flying jazz bucket what anyone else thinks.

I hope he does well, but should be a laugh anyway
