yeah but speed is for scruffs and Birkenhead types.Just take speed and stay awake, sleep is for the weak.
used to only sleep 6 hrs max, if I have to be up then manage it no probs and still only go to bed at 1.
Shift Work particularly night on rotating shifts really screwed me up though, only had 1 job where I had to do nights and didn't enjoy it but the way we did it didn't help.
12 hr shifts with hr each way travel, worked Mon,Tues,Fri,Sat,Sun,Wed,Thurs it was the constant readjusting that hammered me.
