They did the same with us but the box freezes daily, it's surprising that they would do that though. The general perception is that they are horrific to deal with as a customer. Hope they can reach out enough to give me some free stuff hahaI've been with Sky for years and about 9 months ago they called me out of the blue saying I was entitled to a brand new box, which they came and set up 2 days later for Free. I even joked with the woman on the phone that it was most unlike sky to just phone up and give me a new box, but she said they were trying to 'reach out' to existing customers.
