They did the same with us but the box freezes daily, it's surprising that they would do that though. The general perception is that they are horrific to deal with as a customer. Hope they can reach out enough to give me some free stuff haha

I reckon they would come out with some rubbish like, 'we have a cooling off period of 3 months' or something stupid like that. I'll give it a go anyway

My dads sky use to be a bit hit and miss and sometimes had a snowy picture. Mainly because I booted a football into the satellite dish.

Anyway, I work in Sky TV's customer retention department* and I'll send you a free HD box and set you up with free Sky Sports for a year, plus I'll bung a tablet and a £100 voucher in the post for you.

*I don't really but if I did I would send loads of free stuff out

I cancelled and rang them back and got the lot including BT sport movies, internet, sky sports £54 a month

I rang sky and said I was leaving cos the box kept freezing.
They said cos I been with them 3 yrs they would give me a re conditioned box and Sky movies free for 6 months.
Well happy....they do their best to keep you imo
