Sky Sports Transfers news going over the top

Am i the only one who is sick to the death watching that list of every club and how many players they have bought ,and Everton with none and smack bang bottom of the pile.
To be honest i really dont think we have even tried to sign 1 player on loan or even bosman frees.
As a manager i think david moyes is great for the club ,but at times a little bit of bottle and getting a few players on loan might just give the team and us the fans a boost .
I wont put myself through the agony of watching as the clock ticks down on the transfer window .

We can't afford loan players or have you been asleep? The teams that own these players demand we pay their entire wages which we cannot do.

He's said he doesn't want to put the club in a position where we financially explode. I wonder when he said that whether he refelected on the fact that he's manager of a club where selling two players and then asking to bring one in on loan is considered to be placing a knife at the organisations throat?

Still, he's accepted the situation at the club and we'll hear no more grumbles from Moyesie about having to work on a shoestring any longer. Good to know he'll not return to that subject again as the season goes on.

I don't really care to be quite honest with you, just because we've not moved in this transfer window doesn't give you the right to bitch on about other clubs.

Its pathetic, Everton not rumoured with anyone, not even free players or loans, we havnt even released the players who are just wasting our wage bill in Yak and Yobo, missed out on Barton who would have been perfect for us.

We would have to pay them one way or another, there is a contract there, so if we 'released' them, we would have to buy the remaining time on the contract. And Dom, you knew we weren't going to sign anyone. So to get annoyed that we aren't, AND then getting annoyed there aren't even rumours is just a bit daft.

Everyone knew this was coming, and if we did get someone in, it would have been a surprise.

Tbh i expected there to be very little, but not even a penny spent is just shocking, i atleast expected some random loan or youth player, a loan like we did with Senderos or a transfer like Lucas Neill - you know, one of them really pointless signings but atleast its a signing

Yeah i get what your saying, and im not saying i want to sign a useless player to waste wages, all im saying is i expected atleast one person to come in..even if he didnt get into the 1st team
