Don’t forget: Virgin Media customers will also have access to even more Sky Sports HD action this summer.

Just to confirm, that's Sky Sports 5 in HD on its way to Virgin Media this summer. Happy days.

So if you're an existing customer with a sports package, does it just show up or do you have to go through the rigmarol of registering it?

I can't think what benefit Sky would get from that. I already have my broadband through them

I thought BT had the Champions League footy after next season. BT also have a lot of the European leagues on already, like Germany and Italy.

So the only new thing here is Dutch footy and you have to sign up for their broadband to get it? Meh

Over 600 live matches a season which is probably the Dutch and Turkish league and probably a few from the Greek

Can't wait to watch SV Plovdiv against Spartak Moscow in the Russian league cup 2nd round.

Only new league they are showing is the dutch league the rest will be champions league, spanish league and cup and englands euro qualifers.

With them losing the rights to the Champions League to BT in a few years, you think SKY may use this new Sky Sports 5 and get Europa League on it? Sky Sports having Europa League may also help it grow and gain a better image.
