Sky Go. Abroad via VPN?

Hi mate,

I have Sky Go in Germany and use Strong VPN which is five dollars a month. Easy to set up and works on all devices, although you cannot stream via tablet and then connector using HDMI to a television. I stream with my laptop and hook that up to 42'' TV, works a charm.

The derby is on bt sports sky go won't be much help.

Has anyone on here got any experience of using sky go (either via the app or website) abroad using either a VPN from a website or a VPN app? Would be using it on an iPad.

I'm gonna be stuck in a mountain of green in Amsterdam while the Derby is in at the end if the month and was wondering how easy it'd be to set up for a week. Also what apps or sites people recommend
