Morning,

right further to a previous thread where i was having problems with sky, i have another question to ask everyone...

How far will SKy go for compensation for a customer?

See i have been having problems with getting broadband after switching to sky. Now we have TV and phone but no broadband and this is where it gets brilliant.

They put my postcode in wrong when i registered so i have to wait at least another 3-5 working days to change that before they order it, which is anything from 10-21 days after that. So yeah i am a little bit aggrieved about the whole thing.

But how far can i push for compensation for all this trouble? they have offered me half price line rental for a year and they have also offered 30 sky credit if i go out and buy a dongle. I haven't bitten on them, but what will/can sky give me back as a way of saying sorry for messing me around so much?
