have'nt been able to get on it due to the earthquake causing it problems,according to sky customer services,they say that 95% of customers are having a problem logging onto the web...anybody got that problem or not

That seems illogical, why should it be, no other servers are down and don't they use the same telephone lines as BT???????????????

the customer services said we have a team of engineers working on it and it should be up and running soon..that was a day and half ago..it was still off this morning

When we got nailed by the massive earthquake in Hawaii, it took a full day to get the whole island up and running again. About 1 million people live there, and I am surprised it only took 1 day! I was expecting a week given the normal island attitude to work out there

Make sure they compensate you for lack of service, act of god or not, they're surely liable.
