Either I'm looking in the wrong shops, or these are pretty much the norm nowadays (this might be better suited to the oldies' thread...!) I usually buy a couple of pairs of jeans a year, and I've shifted about four inches off my waistline since New Year, only to find the manufacturers have moved the fecking goalposts by making the vast majority in 'skinny fit'! Anyway, God bless Tommy Hilfiger - two pairs of 'regular' fit secured, and that's me done for another year.

I can't wait for this skinny fit movement to pass! It's blimmin hard to find a decent suit or dress-shirt too.

Sports Direct usually sell a handful of relaxed/regular fit jeans, try them on though, as they're cheaper, the sizes are a bit "approximate".

This is the problem with being a 'gentleman of a certain age'. As a teenager in the 90s, it was loose fit all the way! I'm used to a bit of room in my clothes - can't stand anything clingy or fitted.
