I dont think the title of "Sir" holds the same esteem as it did, even 20 years ago, the amount of disgraced knights, OBE's CBE'S, etc, the likes of; Saville, Goodwin, Mugabe, Castledine, Crosby, Jean Else, Alan Davies (Not the curly haired fella), Rolf Harris, etc. All we hear about are the negative things associated with these titles and when they get arrested they show them on the news receiving their knighthood or holding their little medal outside the palace. I dont think it is a group I would be proud to join

Exploiting the poor for all they had leaving Country after Country with nothing other than poverty. In any case those who do great deeds are already appreciated and loved by those they help, nothing you could ever receive beyond this makes any difference whatsoever.
