I read a thread a few weeks back that few guys planning for a standing, singing section.

Did it happen today? Bet the atmosphere was well flat after they scored, really annoys me when teams like QPR can come to Goodison and outsing us.

The Gwladys Street tried a few times but in all honesty there was no way you could sing in that game. It was all you could do to stop groaning every five seconds.

wasent bad from us, good atomsphere at the start but then they boys put a peformance up like that, we tried to get behind the team but they carried on playing terrible.

Good atmosphere from us???
Think I visited the wrong game...
The Goodison Library yesterday...Sorry to say!
Though, still and forever in love with this beautiful club!

COYB!

It was trialled against Villarael and went very well, and its getting tried again against Sheff Utd in the Lower Gwladys Street rows NN to PP seats 98-102.

It's not getting done in league games, at least not this season.

Im sorry but fans that just sing for 90 minutes piss me off. I dont care, if my teams playing ****e, wtf have I got to sing about? All the big teams have ****e atmospheres unless there team is playing well. Its only the annoying fans from ****ty small clubs that wont shut up. If we havent got anything to sing about, whats the point. Evertonians are the most passionate of fans. We're not gonna act as if nothing is going wrong like clueless numptys and just sing come what may like alot of fans from the smaller teams. If there's something to be moaned about, we will ****ing well moan!

Well considering that I went to many games in the 80s ranging from when we were ****e to being great where we had tons of singing at the back of the Gwladys Street you must consider Everton to have been a small team back then?

Also, on a related point, you're implying that if you're a fan of a bigger club then you're automatically better than a fan of a smaller club?

At a guess id think after it went all seated alot of the atmosphere was lost at most grounds
