Most singers who became successful because they could sing are generally fantastic live. Most singers who became successful because they have a great pair of tits and a pretty face tend to be crap live. Work it out. It's called modern mentallity. Music is supposed to be enjoyed via the ears, and not the eyes.

Not great singers but very talented as songwriters & musicans; They know how to put on a show: Roger Waters, Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Peter Green and many more..

Chrissy Hinde would be one of the best voice wise that I reckon I've seen live, bet Annie Lennox is fair good too.

Vic Reeves has a great voice, his pub singer to me is like when Les Dawson played the piano, in that you have to actually be good in the first place to then do it that bad.
I'm not too bad myself in a Sinatra/ Connick Jr. type way, as anyone that has heard my rendition of z-cars (blackburn away match thread last season) will testify.

Seriously though, Caleb from the KoL is by far the best I've heard live, after than Arcace fire (Butler), Killers (Flowers) and Vampire Weekend (Koenig). They rocked the sh*t out live. People from the X facfor can probably sing live but really it's because they have other things to offer (a pretty face), but that's mostly all they have to give, that's what he was trying to say.......

Have to agree, seen him 3 times now, nothing to compare, due to financial restraints having to sell tickets for him at MEN, anyone on here got 1st choice at them Oct 6th.
