Keep your seatbelt on?

I always wear my seatbelt on a flight for this exact reason after I copped a bit of clear air turbulence when I was much younger.

Slacken the belt off to be comfortable and it might save you from being whacked on the head in the rare occurrence you do hit some.

….flew over the Turks and Caicos Islands once and the plane literally dropped what seemed like 20 feet. Weirdest sensation. As soon as I heard somebody had died on the Singapore flight I thought it might be a heart attack.
