I was merely informing readers and correcting you by saying you can't cancel membership. I assumed you had mistaken the site for another. You attempted to validate your authenticity by saying you've been a member for years on another account – I don’t think you have but if you did have another account, in another country and using another ISP to the one your using now, use it. Duplicate accounts aren’t allowed.

As I said earlier, welcome - I just think your mistaken. Why not make a post in our new signings forum?
