Filthy little shrek man. Being found guilty of such actions brings a common assault charge but him being a superstar, Rooney will either get a meaningless fine or a slap on the arse. Like Barton only served 74 days of his six month prison sentence for laying into a guy already on the deck, Big Dunc gets banged away for much longer for head butting an opponent on the pitch. Maybe Barton cried his way out of strangeways but our Dunc stuck it out like the hard man he is. Where is the justice??

he did the same to one of my sisinlaws mates when 1st famous, he got away with that and then she was made out to look guilty, he was trying it on with em all and she told him to do one, he then gave her a load of abuse calling her allsorts, she then gave it him back using the term f.a. cup ears i think, he then pulled a greenie and gobbed in her face, she got a text the day after from one of our players at the time apologising for what happened, the cops took her phone away and he still got away with it, cant remember which player texted her but it was his birthday they were out celebrating.
