I mainly shower but a bath every now and again is lovely. I like it completely sterile (no bubble bath) absolutely boiling hot so that its a test of your manliness easing your plums into the smoldering H2O.

When I lived in cooler climes and it must be said older houses all you had was a bath, so shower wasn't an option. Used to enjoy the whole production of it, cold evening, hot bath, steamy Isolation, glass of something neat, book, magic way to spend an hour.

Moved to warmer climes 1st house didn't have a bath only a shower. 2nd house did; I thought I would miss it but tried it again and wasn't bothered. only use the shower now have done for years.
