Well. truth be told, I'm better than I was....spent a fortnight in hospital , diagnosed with heart failure and stage 4 kidney disease; all due to undiagnosed high blood pressure. Unfortunately, I didn't have the symptoms most do so I didn't get checked out for a long time. My heart eventually came round (ejection fraction 33>49) but my kidney's won't so now I'm a card-carrying fruit and veg muncher that's 35 lbs. lighter and going. Now on 9 'kin meds, from 0.

Life, innit bro...I'm stll rockin' though. ;)

Let this be a lesson to you all…. Things in life can be ticking along just fine then all of a sudden … SMASH !! .. broken into pieces like a dropped limited edition pint glass … but thankfully with intervention and medical help ..and medication … 9 different pieces by the way … it can all come together like a beautiful limited edition jigsaw.

So the lesson is live life a pint glass and a jigsaw … xxx
