The fact is, we looked miles better than a team with top 4 ambitions and we were down a man. If we showed that sort of character and urgency every week, we would be nowhere near the relegation zone.

What is most heartening is the fire and commitment is back.

Even though we are out of the cup it is a moral victory of sorts and we have a couple of extra days to recover.

Yes we showed some fight but I also think West Ham went into the shell and we tried to press higher. Ok we lost a lottery but another defeat against WBA then we have to show RM and a few others the door.

We showed a lot of character and togetherness that should really put to bed this nonsese there's a divided in the dressing room.
