For my fellow Americanos, Carlos has expressed a love for our dear, beloved country. I think we should take a binding vote regarding giving Carlos honorary American citizenship, and all the privileges that entails.

I'm not an American but I live here and despite only being a resident was somehow given the option to vote in a local election

I didn't of course, but if I'm allowed to, I vote yes for Carlos21, so long as he doesn't have to give up any part of his identity

Yes mate you can vote. You pay taxes here. Agreed on not changing Carlos one bit. Just want to give him the right to say "we" when referencing the US.
