He will keep them up. He is a born leader and although you would never confuse him with Arteta in the skill stakes I suggest that Derry, or someone very much like him, is what they need at the moment. Very popular on and off the pitch while we were in the Championship. Played in the 04 play off final against West Ham and completely bossed the midfield. Didn't find an excuse to leave when we went into admin and got deducted 10 points and was a large reason we stayed up that year. I hope he does OK.
