On the subject of Shakespeare as assistant manager he did well last night with Unsworths kids;)

Yeah the kids did well last night. In fairness the opposition wasn't great but what I liked was they attacked and defended in numbers which takes enormous work rate and energy. Shakespeare has to take a lot of credit for that.

...I think this fella will have a huge role in determining how we play, who plays and who the transfer targets are. Walsh clearly wanted him on board and i’m sure Allardyce relies on his input.
