yep! money back policy

Not exactly. Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 offers you protection if you make a purchase with a value of over £100, and it's faulty, or you don't receive it because the company you have purchased it from has gone bust.

Given that the act is old, it doesn't deal specifically with the issue of buying fake or non-existent goods specifically, and many card issuers will place the burden of responsibility on you to prove that you acted 'responsibly' before handing your money over.

be cautious - that's all.

might have a club wembley seat available, it cost 300 but my mate has paid 100 for the train as well and cant go now or at least his other half says he cant! anyway she wants his money back at 400, if not i guess he'll be coming!

Read some reviews on Livefootballtickets and they make grim reading

My understanding of these sites is they take your money and then TRY to get tickets. Bottom line is, if that payment goes through, they can earn interest until a certain period lapses in which they will then email you saying they couldn't get the tickets and offer a refund.

A few weeks later the money might land back. It's legal, but shady.

Please be careful everyone. I'd hate for loads of fans to get fleeced. It's not on.

How does this Fan ID thing work?

I've been to see England a few times and have a FAN number which I used to login and buy tickets, is this the same thing???

There was no £50 charge to register though...must be a different thing...
