Section 5 public order offence.

Just listening to radio 5 live and they are debating section 5public order offence and whether taking the word insult out of it.

What do you think? should we have freedom of speech as long as its not inciting hatred.

haha no probs. its about decriminalising insults. i.e the lass that got in trouble for parading outside a scientology church with a banner that said 'scientology is a cult' she was 14.
