I got a call last week offering me supposedly a better seat ,so the process is ongoing. I won't see it till the Soton game though.

You were supposed to register your interest by the end of Jan if you wanted to move seats. They rang me last week and I've moved from the back of upper bullens to quite near the front - seemed to be quite a few seat changes available.
If you didn't register to change, might be worth ringing the club.
