When do the season tickets come on sale?

So do you pay for the age you are when you buy the ticket? Im 21 in may, so saving £200 would help
Just read the FAQ on the official site, turns out you have to be 20 or under on the start of the 2012 season to get a 16-20 ticket.
I'm ****ing annoyed at that to be honest, they've dropped the age of it by a year which means i now have to pay an extra £200+ on top of the cheaper price. I imagine this is going to put quite a lot of people in the same situation off buying.
