Season Tickets for 25/26, Form and Transfer of Use

My brother and I have finally reached the top of the waiting list and now qualify for season tickets for the 25/26 season. I'm looking for some information and/or advice on a couple of issues. Firstly, does anyone know if the tickets are issued in a physical form? My brother, who has learning difficulties, doesn't have a smartphone and would find it difficult to use anything other than an actual card. Secondly, we live in Ireland and will not, by any means, be able to attend every match. Is it possible - and easy - to transfer use of the tickets to friends who can attend? Thanks in advance.

If you contact the club, they will look at your issue with your brother, and there is a good cjanc they will issue a season card. Regarding the transfer of tkts, its still abit unclear as to how we cam transfer tkts. Once you have got your season tkts, as I said, contact the club or EFC fan services.
