Some people have got their email and to download new season tickets into wallets. Apple users are having no problem but Android users can’t download has anyone been able to on an android phone? I have both so im ok but a friend only has Samsung and can’t get it to load into wallet.

I have the same problem. I have an older Samsung Galaxy, but it's well within the date range they stated. Going through all the tips they offered for the third time hoping to get lucky. Will report back if anything works.

Should work straight away, without any problems, I have reported to the club, they said they will get back to me within 21 days.
Seems like it was thrown together at the last minute, as if they were taken by surprise, without it being tested, my android is less than 2 years old.
Not looking good really

Success on my third try. So, I may have been going about this the wrong way at first, at least for my older phone. My first few attempts I was using my phone to click the "DOWNLOAD DIGITAL TICKET" link in the email the Club sent. When going about it that way I was presented with this error:

I went through all the steps their guide outlined to troubleshoot but got the same error again.

This last time, I opened the "DOWNLOAD DIGITAL TICKET" link on my laptop. Which popped open a screen with two QR codes (one for Apple, one for Google Wallet). Scanning that with my phone added the ticket to my Google Wallet with no problem. All seems correct.

I may have just been going about it the wrong way from the start by trying to open the link directly with my phone. Anyway, I hope that helps anyone else having the problem.

My email told me to scan a QR code this did not work and I think has infected my Android phone with a virus causing pop ups etc. Tried later and just clicked the button below the QR and it worked immediately ,so it's in the Wallet but I still have a hacked phone .
