Season ticket use

Sorry I'm sure this question has been asked a million times but I can't find it on the searches. I have a new season ticket this season for me and my lad who is classed as a junior. There's a match coming up that he can't go to so I thought I'd take a mate, but is there going to be a problem with using the junior ST for an adult? Would the club or anyone be bothered? Is a narky steward going to come over and kick my 50-year old junior mate out!!!

Just say he has the mental age of an 11 year old if you are nabbed.I go on an over 65 season ticket despite being a lot younger and nobody has clocked me.

Why rip off your own club for the sake of twenty quid or so ?

Upgrade it at the box office for the day mate. I don't know how it works these days, but it used to be that they give you an ( upgraded ) paper ticket and cancel the season ticket for the day.
