Season Ticket Checks

Went the game on Saturday only to get harassed about my season ticket by the steward on the turnstiles, 5/6 games into the season and i'm only getting this now was properly annoying. Anybody else get this also? Saw plenty in the lower gwladys getting chucked out aswell

they said im not 20, showed them my ID and they wernt having that it was me, threatened to throw me out and take my season ticket. After 5 minutes told him were to go and got off to my seat

Always getting randomly stopped and having my season ticket checked (also lower Gwladys).

I reckon there must be loads fiddling it hence the checks - this was happening over the last couple of seasons as well lid.

They tend to check mine now and then. They never ask for ID though. They just look at the card and wave me through

At the Villa game, there were no attendants in the booths at our gate and only one steward inside, anyone could have got in on the wrong ticket. They were all manned up on Saturday, so I assume there's been some skullduggery going on.

If you go on a concession season ticket, is it not the case that you have to prove you're the right age by sending them a copy of some ID or take it to the box office?

The ticket will be in the name of a real concession though.

Oh, for @ImKoneKoneKoneKone , they seem to check tickets three or four times a season. You're plainly mature for your years, which is no bad thing. Mind you, we all know you're a teenager now, so you'll defo get groomed on here.

Thing is i back Everton on this as long as they dont pick on people who have done nothing wrong, anyone blaging it deserves to be caught out. Anyone who is legit i would make sure i carry photo ID so if any hot head stewards try and act like James Cagney you can put them in there place without any problems.
