looking at the only two clubs in scotland worth talking about and theres barely a jock playing for either. Foreign imports are going to ruin their league quicker than ours due to size alone.

The likes of Hearts etc. know the only way to try and compete is to find a cheap foreigner while the old firm hoover up any decent scottish lads. And once the forign lad proves himself they buy him anyway.

The SPL is a picture of what our league will look like in ten years if clubs don't invest heavily in academies

Celtic have won 1 game out of 30 in europe, hardly a record to push their case for coming down here, they hate us so why let them in our league, feck 'em and let them rot up there I say.

That goes for the other lot as well.

I think it's impossible for those two clubs to recruit the types of players needed to compete outside of Scotland at this point. They do have the money though, they certainly couldn't walk into the Premiership and thrive, it would take a while. But I think they would do well eventually.

Would bankrupt every other club in Scotland, though. Either the scottish league would go the way of the welsh one without their big two to drum in the crowds or the two leagues merge alltogether and inverness are stuck in the conference, travelling down to fecking exeter.

I don't care if they're in the Premiership or the Icelandic league.

I don't think they bring enough to the table for the English clubs, so I don't see it ever happening.
