Of course Rangers are a big club but it seems mad that Barton would leave a Premier League side, however small, to go to Scotland. Probably knows he just hasn't got Premier League legs any more.

You can't argue that Rangers are a massive club in comparison to Burnley. He knows he hasn't got much time left in his career, so why not spent his last years playing for the club known all around the world?

Shame Hibs couldn't make it, as I'm looking forward for next season in Scotland. OFD will be brilliant to watch and I hope the likes of Aberdeen and Hearts will compete.
