Dear fellow fan

Dunfermline Athletic Football Club, a scottish club currently playing in the Scottish first division, is at a crucial time in it's history. Having entered Interim Administration, the club is on its knees, and needs the backing from its fans to stay alive. However, this will not be enough, and the club has been forced to appeal to the wider community for help. As fellow football fans, hopefully you will appreciate the severity of the situation, and i have no doubt that if your club was in financial peril then many pars fans would be happy to help. I am writing this to ask for help. Financial help, be it a donation or attendance at one of our final 3 home games of the season. I fear that if we do not get enough help then the club may die, and the town will lose a massive part of its identity. If you do not live locally, or are unable to attend, you can donate via the pars website. The link is below

It will not let me post the link, but i urge you to e-mail me and i can send you the link via that

Thank you, and if you would like any further information or have any queries, you can e-mail me at kyle0505@live.co.uk

Went to the Pars v Everton pre-season game in the summer of '02. Gravesen ran the show and a certain 16 year old came on in the 2nd half for us. Needless to say most of the crowd were after his autograph after the final whistle. Great day out and they seemed a really friendly club.

Just get "duff & Phelps" to help you out, whatever the cost! You won't have to pay any creditors, you can keep team, stadium, staff.buy some history and come back as "the" Dunfermline! Simples!

Feel sorry for Pars fans, my cousin among them. A decent club with a great set of supporters. Would be awful to see them go to the wall.

As an Arab though, whilst full of sympathy for the players and supporters, I can't help but enjoy the personal anguish of Jim Leishman after this celebration in front of United fans after the 2005 near relegation decider.

In summary, good luck Pars, [Poor language removed] off Leishman.
