South African boerewors is sensational. Huge coil of sausage with coarse chopped meat and loads of spicing. Haven't had it for beards, but remember it being the pooch's pods in a roll with chopped onion and mustard.

It is true there is very little wasted, and toots and flutes once in the pulverisers alongside the preservatives, rusk, colourings and flavourings end up in a mouthwatering slurry and wrapped in synthetic casings, they taste absolutely divine.
Cant get enough of the beauties.
