I love a good sausage, me - no double meaning there - I really love a good sausage. Hard to pick a favourite; anything with 80% pork or more and they tend to be lovely. Baked potatoes (Maurice Pipers) with salt and butter with sausages, Oh God. . . And a nice creamy British ale with baked potatoes (Maurice Pipers) with salt and butter with sausages, oh Jesus. . .

I grew up with these so I always like them:

Having said that, now I am a pretentious little shiznit and prefer sausages from the butchers (that, plus American sausages are absolutely terrible)

...Richmond in our gaff too. I have to say that I rarely have them (unhealthy eating), but they are nice.
