I have to say Sausage, just for the sheer variety and possible flavour combs, from Haggis, white pudding, black pudding, up to the more regular Linconshire. Then there are the Chorizo's and Morcilla, Bratwurst's and Kielbasa. I love them all. Just thinking about it is making me want to jib this diet and head to the works canteen for the breakfast belly buster....
