I think we should place a 'no Sammy Lee' condition if he is to be employed.

....I know Sammy from playing days, very nice bloke but not sure about his coaching ability. Quite a few ifs and buts to overcome, not least Koeman being appointed so I don't think it's worth considering at this point.
