Just been speaking to my mate who is a Bolton season ticket holder and obviously loves Big Sam.
Said nothing but good things about him...well said that he’s better than Pardew.
Anyway, he finished the chat by saying ‘enjoy your new Allardyce era’ to which I said ‘it won’t be as good as your Allardyce era, that’s the problem’. He said ‘give him 8 years and you’ll get back in Europe’. I hung up laughing my head off.
As a side note. He did say that Anthonee Robinson is really good and will play for England one day. Another left back we’ve let go FFS!

8 years! I've fallen into a coma and my mind is playing strange and awful tricks on me. Surely this cannot be happening.
What have we done to deserve this?
..Robinson is only on loan, nice to hear positive reports because the ones i’ve seen are a bit mixed.
