It's surely only a matter of time before the campaign to sack Sam Allardyce begins... because this is a doomed appointment! So I thought I would get in first. Has a sack the manager thread ever started before he even takes his first training session... if not this is another first for our once great football club.
 

Under Unsworth we lost 5-1 and 4-1 in successive matches only winning one. I am not a big Sam fan in no shape or form but they way we were playing we had to do something as the status quo would have meant relegation.

I am holding my nose and hope he gets us away from the danger zone then leaves and we get someone who can get a team to play football.

Unsworth was not an improvement even though it hurt him as much as us.
 
This is just daft. Give the guy a chance, people almost don't want him to succeed. The decision has unfortunately been made and it is what it is. Now lets support the team and hope they turn it round. Soon.
