The season is nearly here. My predictions are Wigan to finish top. Wigan to win the Grand final. WIdnes to win the challenge cup and also be the surprise package by having a higher than normal league position finish. Wakefield will be bottom. Salford. Hull KR and Catalans will join them in the bottom 4. But none will get relegated. Leigh will walk the championship. But same as last year. Will fail in the 8s.

Should be an interesting season. Keen to see how Sam does on his return, and of course how Leeds perform without Sinfield and Peacock.

I think Leigh will do better in the 8's this time as they have recruited a lot of experience, the regular season will be pretty much a warm up for the 8's I reckon & that could be a downside of this new system for the Championship.

Hope you are right Craig, I have been a Widnes fan since 1976 (the days of Mills, Wright, Burke etc etc). Would love them to come good again as they are slowly showing signs of improvement.
