Also, a Aloo Chaat is great for a side/starter (potatoes in a tamarind and yoghurt sauce). Doesn't seem to be very common, only discovered it on a menu for the first time a few years ago, and even then depending on how you order from that place it may/may not be an option! Was a epiphany when I tried it.
 


Hello fellow food fans across the globe.

Having a tough time here picking which Ruby to get tonight, ive been a Korma man all my life, but now I find it bland and boring, so its time to upgrade.

Help me pick!

The choices are what ive narrowed it down too, other options can be suggested.
Pathia is a particular favourite of mine.. hot, sweet and sour.

Not very common either. Taj Mahal in Southport does a good one! 👍


By the way. Korma doesn't even count as curry. Chicken in custard I call it..

It's defo a favourite here. Not that difficult to do as a DIY effort either.
