You might not like this, an i might get a bit of stick. but WTF..!!!

he's just not good enough. He plays like a under 8 in the park. Just picks it up an runs, not a clue whats going on. An just falls over an waves his arms around. I honestly dont think he's got a clue how to play football. He's skillful to **** but cant see whats going on in the game.

days of thunder, Cole Trickle is a top, top racer but not a clue how a car works or how to get the best out of it. Know what i mean.

I wouldnt waste big wages on him tbh....

Shame cos if he gets it right he could be awsome..

I don't think that's entirely without merit. There's been lots of times where the player behind him has the ball and if he'd stay in position they'd have a pass, but he's drifted into the middle or to opposite wing or whatever.

Still though, he's a game-changer, he seems to "get it", we've got nothing else like him and for me he's brightening up an otherwise moribund season.

Love him to bits. Very mental, he's always drifting to the left though, but not really a problem as he's quite unpredictable, even in doing that.

Either fouls or gets fouled, too. Makes stupid tackles for a yellow card and then gets fouled 10 times.

Is he our most fouled player yet, by the way?

First season in the prem after playing very little football for madrid...give him a pre season and a role, hell smash it.

I think it's just Moyes isn't satisfied unless every single player in the team is an allrounder. He basically wants to be Man City, doesn't forgive flaws in any player. Even though we have no money at all he refuses to compromise or mix and match attributes of different players. Doesn't really work.

Its obvious you keep drenthe anyway from any defensive work and away from our box and just tell him to bomb, shoot and cross.

Waste of time trying to make him do antrying else....and probably why moyes isnt areas in signing him if he could

For me Drenthe is far too good at - Losing the frigin ball.


Thats two games in a row when the opposition's just took it off him.

Needs to attack but also keep possession.

You think like Moyes...it's all about keeping possession, keeping the back door locked, and try nicking something by hook or by crook. If we want our flair players to take the game to the opposition, then we have to accept that they'll lose the ball from time to time.
