Dont know how many of u's watched the England U19's but barkley played and boy did he have a good game, he looked sharp, hungry, skillful, full of tricks n turns he was everything about england going forward.

In my opinion he needs to be playing this season and i really think he will, he was class today and watching him gave me goosebumps A real exciting prospect for us..

On a side note Luke Garbutt looks decent and think he may have a good future too wether it be at GP or elsewere remains to be seen.

it was later in the matched and he looked tired after running around the whole time, maybe it is a fitness problem

Yeah to be fair no doubt whatsoever he can be a player. They way he toyed with the greeks on the edge of their box and the number of balls he played inched perfect was top class. Gripes were that he played some lazy passes and didn't always look 100% committed

He does this thing occasionally where he picks the ball up on the left touchline and refuses to do anything other than dribble it to the right hand touchline.

Other than that (and his knees ffs) he's BOSS!

i unfortunatly missed the 25 mins where he ran the show. for the rest of the match he was best of a bad bunch, Lundstram was outstanding 1st half, and must of come off sometime in the 2nd half.
