Think he should learn how to play with his back to goal.
He is one of the reasons our play is so slow no confidence in playing it in to his feet as his second touch if he gets one is usually a block tackle.

I think it is matter of playing to his strengths and out on the wing is not one, I think it is a matter of confidence - decent service and a couple of goals will work wonders.
